Somali Social Welfare Organization (SSWO) is an independent Voluntary non-government, non-partisan and non-profit organization envisioning to uphold, vulnerable people (Disabled), Human rights, youth development, to access boys and girls under 18 equal educations, Climate change awareness among public and in particular the under-privileged sections of the society. develop humanitarian issues and services delivery to the internal displaced people and marginalized group of the society.
Is to reduce hunger (Droughts), to access girls and boys under 18 equal educations, protect the environment, Climate change, human rights, promote health and protection: through advocacy, awareness, good governance and democracy, peace and justice, monitoring and reporting violations”.
The vision of SSWO “Is to promote basic needs, access climate justice, protect and improve the lifelong health of individuals and communities integrated with educational activities and enabling effort for the realization, respect and protection of fundamental human rights among vulnerable people and develop their role, self-dependence to make them active contributor within the society”
The goal of SSWO is to contribute and improving the living standard of the vulnerable communities of Southwest State and Benadir regions. Somalia through community mobilization, capacity building, information sharing, data gathering, advocacy & strengthening of the society at the grass root level.
